Anonymous 1950’s velvet rainbow colored fascinator hat. The hat is adorned with faux pearls, gold twig beads and green teardrop beads. Meant to be worn at a saucy angle. The hat has two hair combs to keep in place. In excellent vintage condition. Some minor loss to bead work.
