Jean Barthet turquoise velvet hat with a 1920s cloche look. It even has deco style stitching on the brim.
It measures 21 ½ around the inside edge , which is small, and the brim is 1 ½ wide in the front. It is beginning to fade but it adds to the possibility of it looking more Flapper era of the 1920s. It is structurally sound and otherwise in very good condition.
This hat could definitely be used for a 1920's outfit, no one would know any different.
