The iridescent feathers on this lovely vintage  lady's hat with its turned up brim are outstandingly beautiful. They are shiny and look brown/green/orange, depending on the light. The feathers are attached to a red base, with red velvet piping around the brim. It has a union label. 21 1/2" inside circumference, is a small size. Excellent condition.
